The Backyard Cook-off is open to all who have never competed in a Championship Cook-off, and who’s Team Members have never cooked on a Championship Team. 

The Backyarder’s will compete in four cook-off categories – Chicken, Pork Ribs, Pork Butt and Beef Brisket. Winners in each category will win $250. Second Place pays $100 and Third Place pays $50. Scores will be tabulated and the Grand Champion will take home $1,500. The reserve champion will be paid $500.
